Standing up for the victims of ovarian cancer and citing the need for courts and legislators to prevent corporate abuse of the bankruptcy system, Congressman Steve Cohen recently met with cancer survivor Retha Winfield and two sisters who lost a family member to the disease. The congressman says he believes bankruptcy should be reserved for businesses and individuals truly demonstrating financial distress, and what J&J is doing to seek a third attempt at bankruptcy should not be allowed.

“You just can’t get away with doing wrong, nobody should be able to,” says Ms. Winfield.
