Here are some helpful tips to making your video look great.

1. Record your video (Limit: 2 minutes). Push Red button to start.
2. Screen may ask you to “allow” access to your microphone and camera.
3. When you’re done recording, push the Red button to stop.
4. Then, fill in your name and location (optional) and press “continue”  
5. The video will load and then you have a chance to preview the final video.
6. Please click “continue” and provide your email address and agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.
7. You’ll see confirmation that your video was submitted.   

Once your video is submitted, our team will edit and review it. You’ll receive an email with your final video. We encourage you to share it on social media and tag @TruthAboutTalc and @JnJ (@JnJNews on Twitter). We also created a Facebook group to connect with others going through the same thing.
